Connection Guide
Three-wire interface:
- VCC: 5V power input
- GND: Ground connection
- DIN: Data input signal
Power requirements:
- Each LED at full brightness: 50mA
- 64 LEDs total: 3.2A max
- Recommend 5V 2A supply for typical use
Connect 1000µF capacitor across VCC and GND
Use resistor 470Ω on DIN line
Provide adequate power for all LEDs
Never connect data before power

Daisy-Chaining Instructions
To connect multiple panels:
- DIN from first panel to microcontroller
- DOUT from first to DIN of second
- Connect all VCC and GND in parallel
- Update total pixel count in software
Keep data wires short to avoid signal issues
Add power injection every 2-3 panels
Do not exceed total current capacity
Account for power in software timing
Power Management
Power consumption at 5V:
- Idle: 1mA (all LEDs off)
- Single LED white: 50mA
- All white at max: 3.2A
- Rainbow animation: 2A typical
