Product Description

Mini BLDC Brushless Motor Driver Board (Drone Motor Driver)

Compact Electronic Speed Controller for Small Drone Motors

This mini BLDC (Brushless DC) motor driver board, often called an Electronic Speed Controller (ESC), is designed to drive small, highperformance brushless motors used in micro drones, model aircraft, and mini quadcopters [citation:1][citation:5]. It converts DC battery power into the threephase AC required to spin a brushless motor, with speed controlled by a PWM input signal.

UltraCompact and Lightweight Weighing as little as 0.55g, it is perfect for micro drones where every gram counts [citation:1].
High Current Capacity - Delivers up to 6A (7A peak) for powerful flight performance [citation:1].
Wide Battery Compatibility - Supports 1S to 2S LiPo battery packs, covering 3.7V to 8.4V input voltage [citation:1][citation:5].

Connection Guide

Motor wire connection:

  • U: Motor Phase A
  • V: Motor Phase B
  • W: Motor Phase C

Power connection:

  • B+: Battery positive (VIN)
  • B-: Battery negative (GND)

Signal control:

  • S: PWM signal input (usually from flight controller or MCU)
The motor will spin once a PWM signal is detected.
Rotational direction is changed by swapping any two motor wires (e.g., U and V).
Use a properly rated LiPo battery to avoid overcurrent damage.
Ensure all solder joints are secure to prevent in-flight failure.

Troubleshooting

Motor not spinning:

  • Check all connections and battery voltage.
  • Ensure the PWM signal is within the proper range.
  • Verify the motor wires are securely soldered to the board. [citation:5]
