  • Target metal should be ferromagnetic (iron/steel) and at least 5mm thick
  • Holding force is not the same as pickup weight actual pickup is 500g600g
  • Perfectly flat steel surfaces yield best holding power
  • For continuous operation, ensure adequate ventilation - heat buildup is normal
Actual suction depends on surface contact and metal type
For pick-up applications, reduce expectation to 1/5 of holding force
